Lyofast MOTC 092 EE consists of specifically selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus helveticus and Lactobacillus casei.
Lyofast MOTC 092 EE ensures a uniform and controlled production of soft cheese, semi-hard cheese and hard cheese.
