Cryofast PF 7 consists of a selected single strain of Propionibacterium freudereichii ssp. shermanii.
Description
Cryofast PF 7 may be applied to produce big-eyed hard cheese such as Baby Swiss, Greve and Swiss cheese types. Cryofast PF 7 ferments lactose and lactate producing carbon dioxide, propionic acid and acetic acid.
Storing:
Please notice, that the storing temperature of Cryofast products is -40 °C or colder. Anything with higher temperature will affect the activity of the product. Delivery will be arranged with thermopallets and dry ice.
Delivery: We will be in touch with You soon after placing the order to confirm the delivery time. Cooling during the delivery is arranged with thermopallets and dry ice. Delivery fee will be added to the invoice.
